RETURNS & EXCHANGES

                                                   RETURN POLICY

After receiving your order you have 14 days to return to it, unworn and in a perfect condition with your invoice for an exchange or refund.

Before you return any goods you must contact us via email to discuss this at hello@rosebudsandpearls.co.uk as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded or exchanged.

 

All unwanted goods must be retuned at the purchaser's expense and in it's original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. We would advise you to obtain a proof of posting from the post office and keep this safe just in case anything was to happen to it in transit.

 

Rosebuds and Pearls will not accept responsibility for returned goods until we have signed for them and ensured they are in there original condition, we therefore recommend they are sent via signed for or tracked.

 

If the returned item is not in the original condition and has make up marks and/or perfume smells from trying on we will not refund nor exchange and will notify you that we are sending the item back to yourself. All returns have to be in a resalable condition.

Provided the goods are in a perfect condition we will arrange either an exchange or refund by the same method of original payment within 14 days of return.

 

You "as a consumer" are protected under UK Law, upon making a purchase you are entering into a contract with Rosebuds and Pearls.

 

 

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETUNRS on any personalised or custom orders. A custom order is where you as the consumer customise your item by picking the item colour and the vinyl colour. This item is then made to your specification and therefore becomes NON-RETURNABLE. A personalised order is where you have selected to have a specific name or word on the item, this then makes this item NON-RETURNABLE.

 

 

If an item is received faulty or in error to what you ordered please note this does not effect your statutory rights and we would advise you to email us in the first instant with a picture of the fault or error and we will endeavour to rectify this as quickly as possible.

FURTHER POLICIES

In instances where a product purchased is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you and give you the option to (a) wait or (b) receive and alternative or (c) cancel the item and receive a refund.
